Preparation Tecknique
Chocolate bar&JOY is made only with the freshest nuts, dried fruits, seeds, fruits and berries.
We choose the freshest ingredients, grind them in blender and freeze.
To preserve highest amount of nutrients we use shock freezing, which allows to preserve 100% of all vitamins and minerals!
Our desserts are:
- refined sugar-free
- flour and gluten-free
- lactose-free
- preservatives-free
- non-thermal processed
Storage conditions
- In the refrigerator at a temperature from +2 to +7°C – 5 days from defrost date.
- In the freezer at a temperature from-15 to -20°C – 180 days since the production date.
Dessert is delivered frozen, defrosting time is 20 minutes at room temperature.
May contain stone particles of fruits and nuts.
