Preparation Technique
Desserts&JOY are made only with the freshest nuts, dried fruits, seeds, fruits and berries.
We choose the freshest ingredients, grind them in blender and freeze.
To preserve the highest amount of nutrients we use shock freezing, which allows to preserve up to 100% of all vitamins and minerals!
Our desserts are:
- refined sugar-free
- flour and gluten-free
- lactose-free
- preservatives-free
- non-thermal processed
Storage conditions
- In the refrigerator at temperature from +2 to +7°C – 5 days from defrost date.
- In the freezer at temperature from -15 to -20°C – 180 days since the production date.
The cake is delivered frozen, the defrosting time is 30 minutes at room temperature.
May contain stone particles of fruits and nuts.
