cake&JOY desserts are made exclusively from the freshest ingredients: nuts, dried fruits, seeds, fruits, and berries.
We carefully select each ingredient, blend them to a smooth texture, and immediately freeze the mixture.
To preserve the maximum amount of nutrients, we use shock freezing — a modern technology that helps retain 100% of the natural composition, vitamins, and micronutrients without any heat treatment.

Storage conditions
- Refrigerated at +2 to +7 °C — up to 72 hours from the production date
- Frozen at –15 to –20 °C — up to 180 days from the production date
Delivery & defrosting
The cake is delivered frozen.
Before serving, we recommend leaving the dessert at room temperature for approximately 2 hours to achieve a delicate, mousse-like texture.
