Preparation Technique
Dessert&JOY are made only with the freshest nuts, dried fruits, seeds, fruits and berries.
We choose the freshest ingredients, grind them in a blender and freeze.
To preserve the highest amount of nutrients we use shock freezing, which allows to preserve 100% of all vitamins and minerals!
Our desserts are:
- refined sugar-free
- flour and gluten-free
- lactose-free
- preservatives-free
- non-thermal processed
Storage conditions
- In the refrigerator at temperature from +2 to +7°C – 5 (for mini desserts) -30 (for brownies) days from defrost date.
- In the freezer at temperature from-15 to -20°C – 180 days since the production date.
The desseerts delivered frozen, the defrosting time is 1 hour at room temperature.
May contain stone particles of fruits and nuts.
