How We Make Our Desserts
&JOY desserts are made with carefully selected nuts, fruits, berries and seeds. The ingredients are blended and flash-frozen to preserve their flavour and properties without heat treatment.

Storage
Keep frozen at –15…–20 °C — for up to 180 days from the date of production.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated at +2…+7 °C — for up to 3 days.
Desserts are delivered frozen.
How to Defrost
Leave the desserts at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
